Describe the problem in ordinary language and include the Reroute version and an approximate time if relevant. Do not send passwords, tokens, authorization codes, raw sign-in URLs, private endpoint details, account identifiers, personal information about children, or unredacted logs. Use public synthetic examples instead of real private diagnostic material. No response-time guarantee is offered.

Reroute support cannot sign in for you, repair an identity provider, change OpenAI or ChatGPT settings, or recover an account. For an account-access problem, use the official support channel of the relevant service.
